Volunteer Opportunity– April 1 – 5, 2015
An opportunity is coming soon for you to watch some great tennis and an opportunity to participate in a great event. Please mark the date on your calendar.
From April 1 – 5, 2015, Victoria is hosting the Western Canadian Senior Indoor Championships. This is the first time the event is being held in Victoria. Approximately 125 – 150 tennis players from all over Canada will be coming to the event which will be played at Oak Bay, Cedar Hill and Panorama. In 2014 the event was held in Edmonton and in 2013 in Vancouver. The tournament is sanctioned by Tennis Canada and Tennis BC and counts for national and provincial ranking points.
An event this large needs lots of volunteers for various tasks. If you would like to give back to the game of tennis, please consider volunteering for this event. Your assistance will be very much appreciated.
