Come join Jenn Hanson of Wholly Fit for the last class of the 8 week series on “Conditioning for Tennis.”
Jenn uses on- and off-court drills and strength exercises that are geared towards getting you on top of your game. Every class is challenging and different!
For the last class, everyone is invited (including friends and family members) to attend for FREE (Wednesday June 15th 5-6pm; meet at Saanich Tennis Club). We hope many of you can make it out!
Our current participants have been enjoying the fitness classes and we would like to continue after this week’s class. They will continue to be a fundraiser for STC.
